facsnotfiction, you misunderstand. AMD will combine the $180M from Fujitsu flash into their results, but later will portion out 40% of the total back to Fujitsu as the partial owner of the AMD-owned subsidiary. So add $211M + 180M = $391M, this gets reported as AMD revenue. Later in the same report 40%, or $156M, will be deducted and attributed to Fujitsu ownership.

Same with expenses, 40% of the venture's expenses will be added back in later in the report to account for partial Fujitsu ownership.
