Whomever is doing the pumping and of course the dumping, if they are selling 144 stock, they are violating securities laws now.
Even if you deposited 144 stock and got the legend removed last month, and have free trading stock in your account. You cannot sell it now.
It is not hard to pull the transfer activity report from the transfer agent, or pull the Blue Sheets from FINRA to see who is selling 144 paper.
Chance already red flagged this stock. Some promoters who got paid in stock are skrewed. Toxics are too.
Won't be too long now that they sue, see if any of those assets are unencumbered/unsecured to attach.
