The idea that funding in this country halts progress is mistaken. If i were you i would limit any "investment" in biotech anyway as it's being moved overseas and till the smoke clears it will be very difficult to pick winners. Singapore is the new mecca for bio.........researchrs can go there and get all the funding they want with brand new labs and plenty of willing investment.
