Bill Hartman Did NOT LIE They Simply are NOT Waiting on The Brazil Company any longer, that Company has been Dragging their Feet so BIEI is Searching for other Companies that are More Motivated.

If the Brazil Company Stops Dragging their feet? Then Fine. But if Not, then BIEI will end up signing with someone else.
