No all they agree to is to slow the bleeding they didn't say they were paying it off and there wouldn't be anymore debt..funny because the opposite of what this filing says has been preached here for months..Remember the s1 was going to pay the debt off so the bleeding was stopped completely..
So from what take from this filing is all the debt is still there and more to come,it'll just be a slower dumping..
