- KEYO common share were permanently terminated in 2011. That means they don't exist


I have KEYO comm shares in my brokerage account

- Keyon is not a company


An entity in the middle of a dissolution period is legally still a company

- Keyon does not exist.


A company's existence only terminates when its status is changed to CANCELLED

- There was no CCRA NHMD exchange.


THEY WERE EXCHANGED 1 FOR 1

- It was just a simple symbol change.


Stock symbols represent the underlying stock certificates.

- In KEYO's case, there are no existing shares.


I still have KEYO shares existing in my brokerage accounts.
