$SIPC Annual Report Notes and Comments Just sharing my DD notes after breaking down the Annual Report for my file. The revenues reflect a start-up; simply put, there will not be any tangible revenue/profit/loss numbers until Q3 2016, which will be filed in August of this year. That being said, it is still worth tracking, but the share structure is far more important at this juncture IMO. TM ------------ Annual Fins (12/31/15)www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=SIPC&id=151967 > SIPC Annual Filings Share Structure O/S - 593,357,488 (12/31/15) up from O/S of 543,357,488 (9/30/15) --> 50,000,000 shares added to O/S in Q4 --> Executed 50,000,000 shares @.0002 as payment of $10k against outstanding Promissory Note --> Promissory note paid down $10k from $62,680 to $52,680 --> Note balance of $52,680 requires additional 263,400,000 O/S at same strike price. --> Additional 313,400,000 shares offset by retirement of 371,000,000 shares from beneficial owners who have been replaced. Takeaway: Net long term of ~58M share reduction to O/S combined with clearing note off balance sheet. Revenue/Bottom Line Figures --> Annual revs = $61,280 --> Cost of sales = $8790 --> Operating costs = $68,663 --> Net operating loss = $16,173 Takeaway: Startup biz, results to emerge in Q3. Check back August 2016 for Q3 filings.
