Lol "but I only use them when it's time to use them ." What?! So, when us it time to use charts, like how do you know? Is it a certain day of the month? A certain hour of the day?

Man, I'll give you credit, you've kept the charade going for quite a while, and it's good entertainment

Well, Yellen and the gang has always been there. It's pretty static criteria not to mention consistent. That ain't gonna change. But that didn't prevent y2008 plunge or the recent plunges now did it..

I think at Lehman Bros and elsewhere there were pretty smart people working there.
They have been in fact the big boys. Yet, they run into horrifically loser trades. Now why is that. I'm not saying I'm better than them, I also lost some but didn't went down like they did. Did you follow them into the gutter 666 ?

Truth is that there is no magic bullet. None of us , including the pros, has an unbeatable system. As soon something superior arise it will be copied, fought, whatever, and stop being efficient. Your follow the big trades is not bad but is not new, so is not like magic bullet or system. If anything , IF you are a retail like us you do not have access to this big trades info. Maybe one or two but that's not enough. Knowing how GS is positioned, oh yeah, that would be good, but no way you get that unless you are mrs Yellen and Co.

Meanwhile I use charts as that they can't take it away, only mess with now and then.

As per charts we're NOT in bear market but neither in bull market anymore. We're at a MAJOR resistance point. I didn't create it, it's just there. If the SP goes above HOY 2015 and remain there then bull is back, otherwise no amount of paper watching is gonna help you or the bull side.

For the bear market the 180 has to be violated with confidence. It didn't happen yet, mrs Yellen took care of that for now.

Well, the year is young.

BTW, people in here calling bear, bull, doves etc... and yes, paper, is totally acceptable. That's what the market is made of, a tapestry of people.

You made cake? Great. Do it again and again and again. But please, don't patronize and/or criticize anyone in here on their call/s.

Everyone is welcome , and everyone is entitled to their opinion and should be treated with respect, rookie or not.

Unless you have your own reasons and see it differently we have a common goal and can benefit each other now and then.

GL

p.s. enjoy the cake
