Wow, I didn't realize these scams were being actively marketed to legit businesses now. Thanks for the info.
It makes sense. They all need a "front" business, ideally in a growing field, to get retail to buy the shares.
It's amazing that Congress and the SEC allows this to continue, then again, protecting the small investor doesn't seem to be high, or even on, anyone's list.
