I'd be surprised if many Nasdaq companies had actual TOXIC debt.

Toxic debt - continuously adjusted convertibles at a discount to market or often below market, are a loophole exploited only by companies that have no hope of ever becoming profitable and can only raise money through "debt" which (wink, wink) everyone knows can't be repaid, and will be paid back by converting it to cheap shares which are dumped on retail.
