Implimented the 100 to 1 RS in the last week of Nov. 2015 to have 6.4M shares oustanding, sold 3.1M shares with warrants to buy 2.2M more shares on Dec. 8th 2015 and just filed their 10k announcing they lost $18.12/share in 2015. My bad, they diluted by 50%, not 30, after the RS.
