Under the "CVSU JV and Subs" section of the CVSU website, they list Brittenum Brothers Entertainment, Inc. as one of their joint venture corporations.
After a google search for Brittenum Brothers, I found out these were the two brothers that got booted from this years American Idol for forgery, theft by deception, and financial identity fraud.
Not that this has any baring on the current Conversion Solutions and Fronthaul Group merger, but one has to wonder why CVSU would associate themselves with these two criminals.
