So these exhibits are pointing out there is a 100% chance that Kodiak will bloat the float to 2 billion shares to collect $2,000,000!
Well, I guess I will enjoy shorting INQD into the ground.
I really look forward to informative, balanced and unbiased message board opinion.

then just knowing that Kodiak is involved makes any knowledgeable investor shudder. They are as bad or worse than anyone out there.

The Kodiak EPA has six months to work. They have to get the S-1 submitted, effective and then sell Kodiak as much stock as the market will absorb in six months.

Why?

Because the convertible note will start to hit at 55% discount six months from now and there is no way Kodiak will play beyond that point with their 20% discount...they could get caught with note conversions hitting the market on any given day. The terms of the convertible note allow the stock sales to occur almost the same day as the notification because the conversion request goes straight to the TA and the stock will be DWACed immediately. And the convertible note holders are protected with the added 25% discount for a bid dropping below their conversion pps the next day.

Kodiak could therefore lose money even at 20% discount.

My opinion is the Kodiak financing never becomes a reality because of the note.
