Lol, so if a .001 stock gets 500 million in volume thanks to dilution and crashes to .0001 then that stock is still a great buy since it had 500 million in volume??? Just a bit of advice, volume is only good when its BUYS not when it is made up of 100% SELLS and a whole bunch of dilution. When a ticker is so horrible that it falls from pennies to .0001 then YES there will be folks willing to buy those .0001's (in most cases) because they assume one day they will get that up-tick and make a decent profit, this really has nothing to do with the fundamentals of the company but rather the chances that they will get that up-tick.
