Pretty convenient that this crappy article comes out right after the reports which Most if not all had interpreted as being either neutral, good and or as expected. Those reports had already been factored in by the market. This, to me was clearly an attempt to bring the price down for a short time. This same scenario happens all the time with the FMCC and FNMA. They short it down then load it up, rinse and repeat.
