However, today's news was not really that significant. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a 3. Still, press release worthy. Not being critical of management.

Normally, when there is good news; and, the market does not respond favorably, this is Bearish.

On the flip side, many technical are now getting into oversold. This is technically (cyclical) Bullish.

I also am starting to smell fear. Bullish.

My take: A buying opportunity is coming up for those that are in cash. The best selling opportunity came and went.

Because the company needs tons of cash so the best way to raise it is put out a PR then sell shares to Aspire into the volume, then Aspire immediately sells and locks in their spread, TADA!!!! I'm a buyer at $1.48 should hold this point if it's any good!!!
