I ask how can company's make these statements, get investors to buy into them and then just walk away. No fins released by March 15 as they should. How can they just walk away with no financial consequence to them.

Three things certain in life: death, taxes and whatever comes out of Paul's mouth is a lie.

Brock, I know of 3 times where Pervasip (Riss) announced an increase in sales, but the next financial report was showing a decrease in revenues.

Well, there was a time when Pervasip announced a 15% increase in Nokia app sales, and quarterly revenues did increase by 3%. With a bigger loss than usual, that goes without saying.

There was also the time where PVSP asserted in a PR that each $1000 of on-line publicity increased app sales by $5000. Then Pervasip failed to post their financials. And then Pervasip was selling its entire app business for peanuts. The publicity spending "efficiency" was just another PR lie.

When Pervasip announced an increase in Grow Big Supply weekly sales, I had 2 competing interpretations of it:

1) GBS was in even worse shape that we (I) thought, so the new money borrowed on behalf of PVSP shareholders allowed it to replenish itsvery depleted inventory.

or

2) GBS was getting rid of its remaining $271K of inventory at firesale prices.

I hoped the financials would shed light on Grow Big Supply financial condition, but events took care of that: GBS closed because it could no longer afford to pay its rent. Or because Poiss got tired of the lack of the financial support that had been promised by its "partners".
