You are on point, well said! I've witnessed the transformation here in Denver over the last few years. Simply amazing how the Denver economy has boomed, we cannot build enough apartments and new homes to keep up with the migration here due to 420 being excepted as NORMAL-- tax revenue has more than exceeded expectations and believe it or not, there are more dispensaries than there are liquor stores in Denver!
