Typically they have a 90 day notice once they are under $1.00 unless they choose to. I wouldn't see this delisted anytime in the near future without notice

Havent heard anything on a delisting. I think the SEC may have halted just based on the nonsense taking place.

Funny unless you had money invested or work for the company.
They have revenue and potential, so I hope they get their act together soon. If they do, continued listing shouldnt be an issue, as they meet criteria as far as cap, revenue, etc.
