From the NVSOS website, it appears both the AS & OS are being split (which would be great news).

I'm looking for it all to come out at the same time (financials, catalyst and a split).

The only catalyst for success is the amount of money that Peter Matousek can bilk from unsuspecting contributors after the R/S.

The whole thing is crazy. They have not split the shares yet, but the A/S is now 10k. Not sure that is legal.
I wonder if they moved the domicile to a new state and this is just a ruse.
