I agree - these guys had no business taking over PAMT. What a disgrace. Just shows you investors are better off with a great idea and no revenue than great (meaning $150M plus) revenues and a crappy idea.

PAMT rocked it with no revenues and losses -- all we needed was a really great story. After that call HEAR sounds like dead money for all of 2016. No way they get through the year without raising more cash which will take the fire out of any rally that might get going following a positive piece of corporate news as the long year passes.

I'm back to wishing they would just spin off HyperSound Clear. That is where it is at going forward. They can have their headsets....
