#54043 RE: RV-8 Pilot #54042

Sorry Rv, hey, I think everyone lost money there if it makes you feel better. If you weren't directly hit, our portfolio's with any solar funds were... LOTS of money has been lost over there, by many. I feel bad for them...all of them.

Everyone that knows me, knows I try to see the positive in things. I do see some here... But mostly I wonder how this will impact SUNW. Do we think Jim could have seen this coming? Did he chose SUNW knowing SUNE didn't have much time left anyways? Does he think this will impact our business at all? Questions that really don't need answering but I'm sure we could get if we really wanted.

My take is that although a SUNE BK will give solar a temporary black eye, and may shy certain investors away, we've needed less retail and more institutional investments anyways. So although this could potentially be a bust for liquidity on the retail trading front in the near term, it shouldn't really drop our price too much beyond "industry blues"...and when we see yet another quarter come out with solid margins amidst our seasonally soft Q1 they will still outshine the solar "debt pack" out there. relentless Q's of profitability will be so bright...like a lighthouse in a storm, attracting weary investors who are looking for a safer harbor.

As SUNE quickly becomes insolvent, I think the spotlights will slowly turn to the debt laden model as the cause of its demise and searchlights will shine throughout the industry seeking out others with this high risk. While these others are being smeared, muddied by the turbulence SUNE has created in the investment waters, sunworks, SUNW, will rise above it all, hydroplaning on top of the water, full speed ahead, QOQ, YOY - with our flag flying high.

I know we've all said this before when people came by and looked at us and said, "hey great, you guys make a little money over here"... but look where we are now- a lean, mean, profitable cash machine. Let's hope the end is quick and painless for those affected by SUNE.

Maybe next week with the grand opening of the new retail outlet, investors will start looking again.
