that all sounds like a very solid rationalization and I am sure that is JD and Peters' side of the story in a nutshell
the problem is you are painted with the same brush as all involved
Did JD tell you he didn't know who was converting? you do have enough knowledge to know that JD had to submit to the TA every single Notice of Conversion along with all the paper work, don't you?
Unfortunately for both JD and Peter, they made bad decisions and worked with the wrong people.
I think that statement is a better description of your situation. Penny Stock Promoters with a history of working with the likes of JD and Peter while being issued free trading shares (you do know that is illegal don't you) is not really a suitable CEO for a real company, but I guess we both know where that is going
