#31165 RE: New Doctor #31164

I said, "maybe". If the money flows in, it is different. The 10K's/Q"s are where the money will show up.

I'm, also, not talking about some indefinite time in the future for the money to show up. If POWN received upfront money for the movie deals announced last year Oct.-Dec., the money should show up in the 10K. It will either be there or not. If it doesn't appear, either there is no upfront money (and we know that's how the deals are going forward), or the money appeared earlier in the year, in a previous 10Q. If POWN gets money from international broadcast sales of the TV show "Stan Lee's Lucky Man", it should show up a quarter or two after international broadcasting begins, probably sometime this year.

From what I've read typical movie deals (not always) call for the IP creator to get upfront movie money, when a movie is green lit, maybe more when filming begins, and maybe a percentage of the movie's gross or profits (back-end money). And, typical deals on broadcast sales call for a small percentage.

The "Arch Alien" movie is supposed to start filming around June-July (they already have incentives to do some filming in Utah).

I don't know what type of deals POWN agreed to, but, it might be easy to figure out when/if and how much money flows to POWN.

I'm not expecting the revelation of these deals to drive the stock price up. I'm expecting real revenue and profit from the projects to increase the value of POWN. Yeah, I'm looking for future value here.

Is it different this time? Maybe, or maybe not. We should know soon, the 10K is due out this week.
