It's illegal. They can't fill my limit buy order below my bid. It's completely illogical and serves to decrease the stock price. My bid was to buy at 0.117 and they filled it at 0.116. That's not what I wanted and that's not what they should have done. My brokerage is notoriously shady and I'm glad to finally catch them on something. I'll report them to the SEC in due time.
