I meant that in the kindest way possible. It's obvious that you're a smart guy, but you go out of your way to say some really not smart things sometimes. The end of a quarter is significant for any merger, acquisition, transaction of any type. It's not the end all/be all in the decision making process, but I guarantee you that it is taken into consideration on these types of deals and probably with this one as well.
