K_Dog True but rulings such as this set a precedent which then may apply to other cases. The last I saw of it, Ironridge was saying that the SEC didn't have the legal right to make certain rulings.
I don't think that this is a game changer but it's not a bad thing either. It's costly to challenge a Supreme Court decision and if they have already issued a ruling that is similar - why bother?
