starting to look like anything in the .20's will be a bargain. there will be many M.J. stocks moving up, but TRTC could very well be the biggest gainer . it's still early yet, 8 more months until voting . may get some dips, but they will be short. this stock could be a game-changer. buy-accumulate-hold.
