It's actually very easy to verify on independent sources whether a promo is by a third party group (as is most of the time the case down here) or if it's one initiated and paid for by the company.

The same source that said $JNSH would not be merged into the CEO's other EV charging company with 5 billion shares....?

No matter how much you want it, there is and will be no merger between these companies. Unless I missed it there has never been any talk about it from the company, it's all fiction.
