Whether or not that's true we'll never know ... What we do know is he got to buy while bmak was forcing the price down. That's probably a coincidence because I believe we'll be seeing more form 4's at much higher prices...

Seems as though the CEO is attempting to buy shares off the open market since JMJ wouldn't let them buyout the note.
