IMO this should be trading higher and higher in the anticipation of more positive news per company statments. The financials that would be reported the latest by April 5 will definitely show more income and I guarantee you there will be no reverse split .
Once company will provide a clear pictures of the sales contracts and futures projects this will be unstoppable. Just be patient watch and get ready to buy once confirmed the company moving in the right direction.
