I dont completely agree with you simply because your math is already off.. Thursday we had about $5 million in volume and it moved up 0.08 cents.
Another thing that could significantly change the price is a short squeeze and big investors coming in to hold the price up while others flip. and than it continues from there. Once you get big time investors in they know how to manipulate a stock to get shaky guys out and they create a strong floor. Thats when trtc will really structure itself for the bigger exchange.

Very strange things can happen in the market...like AQXP going from about $1.70 to $55 in THREE business days back in August.
