Stinky-pinkies don't waste cash on buybacks or debt. They go through a lot of trouble to get cash for themselves... salaries, "consulting" etc. No way will they give it up.

ENIP operates in a net negative position, in other words, ENIP takes more in insiders salaries and bonuses than the lawsuit revenue brings in.

ENIP takes out convertible debt loans to bridge this gap. ENIP is in debt.

Therefore any share buyback would be illegal, this is not possible.
