RDY: Keyon is not a shell and you are misunderstanding the scheme's argument. We know it is not a shell because:
1. It has no name;
2. It is not registered in any state;
3. It has no address;
4. It has no CEO;
5 It has no board of directors.
So, the argument is not that it exists today but that could exist someday. The current, though very malleable, scheme is the new company will be Nantworks, Inc and it will trade under NANT. However, that company does yet exist and there is no such ticker.
So, without an existing shell, the rest of your post doesn't track.
