well with 203 million issued and 28 million owned pre 2011 by insiders then that 46 million share tradable float drops by 28 million. That really only leaves like about 18-19 million share float which is AMAZING! Maybe there was some dumping but it was obvious pre 2011 it was a 12-13 million share float.

This will move on water when we get some news. Last time March 2013 went up 500% on less than 1 million in shares traded.

Looking forward to doing a 20 million share weeks with announcements like Shala Energy starting construction in Albania. This is not only solid news but should really push the share price to NEW HIGHS. Lets face it a million share day and this is close to 75 cents to a dollar!

Next week should be the clue on whether or not MMs are taking this higher or not. It breaks 21 cents we are going to 35 cents otherwise expect sideways trading between 0.08 and 0.21 which is the current box trading range.
