Consider this, if I was trying to manipulate something, I could have used the OS off the OTC as of March 10, 2016 and not done the dd back to February 18, 2016, which would have portrayed the RXSF OS "Diluting" at a much quicker rate.
Just ask that you give me Benefit of doubt. Just trying to track down 96,091 RXSF Shares and what funds are being used for.
