All I can say is they didn't perform worth a chit after they were made the highest paid in heh industry last year. We were, and still are, still ranked at the bottom of customer satisfaction, on times, lost luggage and so forth. Higher wages do not, I repeat, DO NOT, make happy workers. It is a benefit you see for a mere moment until the eiphoria wears off and the it is back to normal. They were offered bonuses for being number 1 and that incentive hasn't panned out to this day.
