HENNIE OTTO from South Africa has escaped SANCTION after a TANTRUM at the South African Masters. After Otto missed the cut, he BROKE HIS CLUBS and DUMPED them with his bag in a RIVER. A Southern Africa Tour (SAT) spokesman said: "Otto's TRANSGRESSION did not take place during a tournament round or in public view. As a result he has not breached any of the Southern Africa Tour's general regulations." Otto has apologised and is armed with NEW CLUBS.
