I am going to answer even though I might be a little off and hope that one of the smarter posters corrects me and helps you. I think at one time, LBSR would use the figure $25,000. But I think they have since been willing to accept less. At one point, I thought I could scrape together $20,000 and they sounded willing, but I could not do it. But maybe you could do $10,000? The advantage is you get the shares at a discount; but you cannot sell them for a period of time. OK, smart posters, do your work!

p.s. I have said before that if I had $500,000 to invest, I would buy $200,000 worth on the open market and then do a $300,000 PP. I bet I'd make my money back quickly when thr PP was made public! If it is legal. It's like having insider information where I would actually be the one causing the insider info.

You'll do better off to Google it, asking people who r down 90% + isn't the crowd I would be asking for any knowledge on anything, and BTW if that's not enough they still believe in a dream from the same person who lost the 90% in the first place is still peddling, I could see new management, but it's the same guy pitching the same stale bread, and that's not negative, it's the truth, and people who see the truth live longer than the always positive or always negative people

Re: smallest PP:

here's one from Dec 4, 2015:

On December 4, 2015, the Company issued 1,655,629 units to an investor for proceeds of $5,000. Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s common stock and one warrant to purchase one share each of the Company’s common stock. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.00423 and have a three year term (see note 5).

the PPS that day ranged from .0027-.0031 so the PP was pretty much issued at market with a one for one warrant...

note: the hold period is a minimum of 6 months before you can sell...

also do some research (start with your broker) to make sure they/somebody will accept your shares/cert when the time comes to deposit...
