Prior to moving to WA I lived in CA. When people started to post that they thought VELA had tanked I went to the facility to scout it out. When I was there may Of 2015 the occupied the whole bottom floor east wing of the building and they had assigned parking spots. Do I think the company exists? Yes I do? Do I think they are being in money? Yes I do. Do I have clue what George is doing? HELL NO!
This stock is either gonna go through the roof when he reports (if he reports) or it is going to flat line. Personally I don't think he will report unless he has to. People have speculated that he could be buying back stock. I hope he is, but unlikely. My guess is he is trying to get IRONRIDGE off his ass and then tell everyone what is going on. If you are loading up on stock now prepare for another two years before anything happens. By that time the SEC will either force George to talk or d-list them. I called the SEC and they have told me they will start the DList process around the second year of not reporting information. However it could take up to three to four years for the process to be completed. That means George has time before he needs to talk. I also got ahold of quicksilver who is the transfer agent. Well was there transfer agent they let me know that they are no longer the transfer agent. They thought velatel maybe using someone else, they just don't know who since they haven't filled in a while. This company to me a blind bet. You hope your money will go up but prepare for a loss . It all rides on George and what he does.
