Thanks for the question HB, mainly because I view the OTCQB as being more prestigious and a higher quality organization of company stocks. A company listed on the OTCBB is held to higher standards and are required to file a quarterly financial report with the SEC, while companies on Pink Sheets are not required to report financial statements. I acknowledge that PSPW has typically been a good voluntary reporting company.

For example, Companies who trade on the Pink Sheets are not required to adhere by the Sarbanes-Oxley Bill. The Pinks are a lower cost vs OTCQB so many upstart companies choose to list here but this is also where companies looking to steal investor money choose to report because they can get away with more.
