lesn: In KEYOs case, it is "AND." Soon-Shiong terminated the existence of KEYO shares "AND" said he will no longer be reporting on those shares that no longer exist.

Here is how you tell. Go to the bottom of the form and if there TWO "X", then you have an "AND", not an "OR."
