#33403 RE: Buzzlityr #33401

First, I don't really know what is an artificial price and what isn't. You asked me what valuation I put on various things the other day and my answer shows that this maybe should be price less than what it is, and maybe it should be price more. The future in-line and handheld markets are not givens, so much is really just pie in the sky guessing at this point unfortunately, since they still can't turn a decent profit after having gotten paid from both ECAC and TSA.

DMRJ may feel the same way, so they may convert at whatever they can, but as I claimed previously they won't shoot themselves in the foot if it is obvious that's what they are doing. However, what I'm saying is it may not have been obvious given the degree of uncertainties - and they may have been more aware of that than retail investors.

Of course they want the most for their 8 cents converts and if they see a road to getting more in the future they will, but I don't know what 'work UPWARD' you have in mind. They can promise to not sell, but how does that help a buyer?
