Great post kclark. Very healthy churning especially the day before a holiday weekend. The only deadline we need to know is the 71 day extension for the merger fins which Levy said will be in by that day. It is actually 71 days from the date the filing was due which is 4 days after the event on Jan29th. So 71 days from February 2nd.
