I say engage in Due diligence.
I prefer to not buy into any obvious scams. If I do not buy into a scam I don't have to add more good money after bad. My money is therefor not dead and locked up until such time as a pump n dump comes along to hopefully extract me from a pile of crap trap like evti.

i did average down a great deal. Just a few ticks needed here. What good do they do. 6months later still sittin here cause nobodys buyn. The company needs to throw us a bone. 0.0051 nose dive to 0.0001. ??? How does that happen?
