They have already tried to take Vodka to GRCU - they did a press release about Jimi Hendrix Icon Beverages - I told everyone at the time it was BS as the name Jimi Hendrix couldn't be trademarked without the approval of his estate.

And they didn't get a trademark.

It is interesting only if you believe this nonsense.
