I for one agree with you. But will investors feel the same? It does not appear to be the case. At least for now. AAL was down much more than any other airline yesterday. Could it recover today? Sure, maybe. But getting labor happy is important, though most times impossible. We humans have a penchant to want more and I suspected this will keep them happy for a little while before they're disgruntled again. Doug needs to do something soon to get us out of this funk we have been in since last May when he opened his mouth on Mad Money with Cramer and "Doug" a hole for us the size of Cramer's mouth! We are now waayyy behind even LUV. All other carriers have gone up and passed us while we have gone backwards...
