On February 3, 2016 the Company announced its intention to commence an offering of units
(“Units”) by way of a prospectus supplement (the “Prospectus Supplement”) to the Company’s
base shelf prospectus dated August 18, 2015, to be filed with securities regulators in Ontario,
British Columbia and Alberta and on a private placement basis in the United States.

On November 3, 2015 the Company announced its intention to commence an offering of units
(“Units”) by way of a prospectus supplement (the “Prospectus Supplement”) to the Company’s
base shelf prospectus dated August 18, 2015, to be filed with securities regulators in Ontario,
British Columbia and Alberta and on a private placement basis in the United States.

Unfortunately, the private placement is standard and not indicative of anything special with this financing.
