Clif High the man in the video of my previous post has written a predictive software program which is to complex to explain here.
His data sets as he calls them have predicted that silver will go limit up three times in one day sometime in the near future. The price move limit for silver is $3.00 before the circuit breaker pops and has to take 15? minutes or so (not sure of the time limit) before trading can resume .....
