#9811 RE: heidibrown #9810

heidi: If you prefer we can use the more definitive terms that KEYO common shares are terminated. Shares are 'cancelled' with a filing of the Keyon Certificate of Dissolution with the state's Secretary of State. Shares are 'terminated' by filing the SEC Form 15.
Keyo common shares were permanently terminated in 2011 with a Form 15. The cancellation would include the preferred shares.
The net effect is the same: common shares of KEYO haven't existed since 2011.
P.S. You will notice MeckklerMedia also filed their Form 15 for their common stock leaving ALL their shares either cancelled or terminated. The same as Keyon.
